Amazon Beauty Products You Didn’t Know You Needed

Amazon Beauty Products You Didn’t Know You Needed

There’s one thing I can always count on to make me feel better—Amazon. Amazon is always there for me. Amazon has everything I need. Amazon knows how to (temporarily) make me feel better when times are tough. While there are plenty of practical and necessary things to buy, my favorites are the random things I never knew I needed. So, here are the random Amazon beauty items I bought that you probably don’t need but should buy anyway.

Hand and Nail Brush ($6)

I’ve had claws for a hot minute. I’m already an obsessively clean person and I know what long nails mean for dirt and bacteria. Trust me, I clean and scrub the underside obsessively. But you know what? Short nails can be nasty too. Everyone should clean their nails. Long, short, square-shaped, almond-shaped, all of them. This is my PSA: Clean your damn nails. Please.

Three Barrel Curling Iron ($30)

Like it or not, crimped hair is back. This time around it has an updated mermaid vibe, but it’s still crimped. I wanted to try it out, but I didn’t want to spend an unnecessary amount of money on a tool I very possibly could have used only once. I can now officially say I’m here for the look, and this cheapo tool is awesome. Thanks Amazon.

Mini Lash Curler ($20)

Isn’t she the cutest?! I have the hardest time find a lash curler that works for my eyes. Most are too big or aren’t shaped right. I know a ton of makeup artists swear by smaller lash curlers for blending falsies, so instead of spending an unnecessary amount of time and money trying traditional lash curlers, I went for the lil guy. A warning: This one looks dangerously similar to a nail clipper. Keep it far, far away from your nail clippers to avoid a catastrophic mix-up.

Silicon Mat for Hot Tools ($10)

I accidentally burned the shit out of my vanity with a curling iron. I bought this immediately, but the damage was already done. Learn from my mistakes. Buy this before it’s too late.

Scalp Massage Brush ($8)

Full honesty–I don’t own this yet. I went down an Amazon black hole and found it. It sounds wonderful and I think we all deserve a scalp massage right about now. It’s on the way and I will report back soon.
