What is Craniosacral Therapy and Why Should You Try It?
For centuries, westerners have turned to eastern medicine to heal aches and pains that they may have. In a recent episode of The SASS with Susan Yara and Sharzad Kiadeh, our co-hosts paid a visit to licensed acupuncturist Diane Black to try craniosacral therapy, a special treatment that combines acupuncture and a gentle massage to relieve pain and discomfort. The therapy works by normalizing the environment around the brain and spinal cord to alleviate any pain. It can be used as a preventative measure or to treat issues like chronic pain, migraines, and concussions. Pricing may vary, but it generally costs $185 for the first treatment and $160 for follow-up visits.
